Messages types sent to the displays include –
- Time and date when there are no emergencies or higher priority messages
- RSS feeds such as local news and weather
- Administrators can specifically use LightLink to send messages to the display as required.
- A key use is to integrate the display with a fire system, there does seem to be a level of complication. Inova have partnerships with Honeywell and Tyco/SimplexGrinnell for very specific OEM type integration, fire systems such as Fike, Edwards/UTC, or Mircom panels are slightly easier to integrate with.
